Don't want to use the automatic trigger? You can also send a review request manually any time by opening a job card and tapping Send Review Request. Useful if you want to ask a past customer, or if timing didn't work out automatically.

There are two ways. First, the automatic trigger: move a job card to Complete in your CRM and the system fires the review request automatically. Complete is the right trigger because it means the work is actually done — Won just means you secured the deal, not that you've finished the job. Second, manual: open any job card and tap Send Review Request any time. Useful for past customers, follow-ups, or any job where the automatic trigger didn't run. Both options use the same trackable link and follow-up sequence.
What if the customer already left a review before the follow-ups? +×
The system tracks whether the customer clicked the review link. As soon as they click, all follow-up messages stop — so they won't receive Day 3 or Day 10 reminders if they already acted on Day 0. You then confirm the review is posted in your dashboard.
