TradesPro provides Australian tradies and service businesses with a professional website, lead capture system, SEO tools, and reputation management platform — all for a flat $30/month (including GST). Your TradesPro site includes hosting, a custom domain with free SSL, mobile-responsive design, contact forms that send SMS and email alerts, and built-in SEO optimisation to help customers find you on Google.
There are no per-lead fees, no setup charges, and no minimum term. What you pay is what we charge — full stop.
TradesPro is operated by ProductQuant (ABN 34 667 128 970), an Australian product studio.
$30 AUD per month including GST. Billed monthly on the same calendar date each cycle — if you subscribe on the 15th, you're billed on the 15th. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit or debit card). Invoices are available for download in your account settings and emailed after each payment.
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice by email. If you don't agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
30-day money-back guarantee: Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and receive a full refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, no refunds for partial months — but you can cancel anytime and we won't bill you again. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Cancel anytime via your account settings (self-serve) or by contacting support. No early termination fees. No lock-in contracts. No cancellation fees.
Your website and all features continue working until the end of the current paid billing period. At that point, your site is taken offline. Your content is yours — request an export before cancelling and we'll provide your files (HTML export, image download).
By using TradesPro, you confirm that:
You retain full ownership of your content — images, text, logos, branding, business information, and any materials you upload to your TradesPro site. You grant TradesPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when your account is cancelled (within the 90-day data retention period).
TradesPro owns the platform — the software, templates, design system, SEO tools, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of the platform itself.
You may not use TradesPro to host websites for:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts hosting prohibited content, with 24 hours' notice to remediate.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it — shit happens. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance (with notice where possible). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
We don't guarantee that your website will generate a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Too many factors are outside our control — your trade, location, competition, and local market conditions all play a part. We give you the tools; results depend on how you use them.
TradesPro is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or replacement costs.
Our total liability is capped at the total amount you paid TradesPro in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify TradesPro and ProductQuant against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for: material breach of these terms (including non-payment), illegal activity, prohibited content, or abusive behaviour toward staff. We'll notify you by email before termination where possible and provide a reasonable period to remedy the issue.
If a dispute arises, contact us first — we're reasonable people. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
Entire agreement: These terms (plus the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and TradesPro / ProductQuant.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to terms: We'll provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
